About us
Dian Azura, aka āruznadi, a multidisciplinary artist, finds artistic expression a cathartic release. Despite her abstract thinking style, āruznadi utilizes tactile and sensory experiences to transform "battle scars" into "ugly beautiful" art.
Joining her is Masitah Babjan, known as Syd of SyiboriSyd. Syd, with a background in corporate training, brought her artistic passion to the project. A self-taught natural dyer forthe past five years, Syd champions slow fashion and reviving the art of natural dyes. Combining their talents, with āruznadi's abstract vision and Syd's focus on natural dyes, they delve into a colourful exploration of bio-waste dye creation and artistic expression. During the making of Scaling Up Scraps exhibition, they named their natural dye collective Dyedyelah. This playful name reflects their dedication and the "dye dye must do" spirit they bring to their work.
